Digital Marketing Specialist

Creative Allies is seeking a rock star Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us build the future of crowdsourced design. The Digital Marketing Specialist will have one goal – to increase the size of our already amazing design community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop actionable designer engagement plans including timelines and budgets
• Define and track metrics to assess effectiveness of programs
• Support creation of metrics demonstrating increases in community involvement, volume of total designers, and volume of top designers
• Special projects as assigned to encourage community involvement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business with a concentration in Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in development and hands-on implementation of marketing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and basic web based protocols and
• In-depth understanding and application of most utilized Social Media platforms
• Experience in search engine marketing and optimization

The position is part-time to start, but will move to full-time within 30-45 days pending performance of the selected candidate.

Salary: $10.00 to $15.00 /hour
