Digital Marketing Consultant, Digital and Go365

Develop digital marketing strategy for the Health and Care Management team in a collaborative environment, to drive member awareness and engagement with digital properties and experiences to improve member health engagement. Coordinate with the business and consumer marketing teams to identify tactics and implementation plans to best support the member and business need.

Role Description:
Acts as the primary point of contact/integration point between DCoE and other Consumer Group marketing teams

Develops digital marketing strategies to drive digital channel awareness and adoption

Drives development of marketing plans among cross-functional teams, working with digital strategy and delivery teams, brand team, traditional marketing teams, and potentially agency partners to create a holistic marketing plan

Works with internal marketing partners to determine the most effective channel mix by audience for each campaign (i.e. email, social media, online video, digital paid media etc.)

Partners with internal marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging across traditional and digital marketing channels

Works with Marketing delivery team to define project plan and timeline for each campaign

Reviews content and design to ensure it is in line with campaign strategy and objectives, and digital marketing best practices

Utilizes a test-and-learn methodology to drive ongoing campaign optimization through channel testing, contact strategy testing, creative versioning, and segmentation

Reviews performance analytics from campaigns and provides high level insights and recommendations

Qualifications

Role Essentials

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

2-4 years Marketing Strategy Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with proof-reading/editing

Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to work independently

Detail-oriented

Role Desirables:
Experience executing digital marketing campaigns leveraging tactics such as email, video, social media, landing pages, digital paid media etc.

Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results

Ability to collaborate

Proactive, self-motivated – can take ownership in developing a marketing plan and coordinate execution with little direction

Reporting Relationships

You will report to a Marketing Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Marketing Officer.
