CINEMALOOP – Maximizing The Moviegoing Experience!

At Cinemaloop Inc., we are cinemalovers, moviebuffs, filmnerds, cineasocialities, and cinephiles and we’re on a mission to design new innovative platform experiences for the moviegoing-loving generation.

This is a part time equity-based position. We are currently developing our first version, while raising our initial round of funds. Qualified candidate will be compensated with share of the company equity depending on the amount of time he or she can commit to the project. Followed by full time “paid” position post funding.

YOU

• Looking for a startup to join ‘on the side’ (moonlight).
• Understand this is a non-salary equity-based role, until we are funded.
• You have the part time availability of 20hrs a week min.
• Remote working – be able to work/tele meet within US Timezones.
• You can jump right in working with a current remote team of developers.
• Excited to help change the face of the moviegoing experience.
• Help push the vision of Cinemaloop MVP.
• Improve MVP using open source tools /tech and methods.
• Passion for writing code necessary for great user interaction.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership – gets its done!.
• Excellent Articulate English Writing and Speaking Communication Skills.
• Impeccable attention for detail.
• Commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
• Experience with ground-up, dirty, messy, lean startup culture and what it takes.

SKILLS

• Responsible for all production environments.
• Design and implement automation solutions for DEV, QA and Production environments.
• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services AWS, IBM Cloud Watson, Windows Azure.
• Proficiency with Docker or Terraform and Jenkins/GoCD
• Manage technical relationship for Cloud servers.
• Provide input into infrastructure lifecycle, improvement and standardization strategies.
• Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration- Strong experience with automation/configuration management.
• Strong experience with SQL, noSQL and MySQL (MySQL experience is required).
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
• Proficiency in Git.
• Managing backups, Databases and SCM (like git).
• Helping to document architecture, networking and security – both internally and externally.
• Working closely with Database Architect
