The Role

We need an individual with a strong development background to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot an AWS environment or environments for our larger clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Gain an overall understanding of our software, customers, and the service we offer
  • Monitor servers and AWS services to look for anomalies
  • Troubleshoot issues with code or configuration
  • Work with other team members to resolve issues
  • Assist the development teams with identifying, testing, and fixing bugs in our products

    • What You’ll Need

  • Understanding and familiarity with AWS services

  • CloudWatch
  • CloudFront
  • Lambdas
  • SQS
  • Elasticache
  • ElasticSearch
  • Etc.
  • Experience and familiarity with development (PHP, MySQL, Node, Java)
  • Experience with server configuration and troubleshooting
  • Experience with server logging and monitoring
