Designer

About the role:
We are looking for a talented Designer with 1-2 years studio experience to join our Global Design team in Cambridge, working across our digital and print design in our ELT (English Language Teaching) business.

We are constantly developing new products to support and optimise the experience of hundreds of thousands of learners across the world. Supporting the Design Leads and Senior team members, you will need to be a creative visual designer, with knowledge of both print and digital design with the ability to keep things on-brand and consistently creative.

Your role will support the creative direction of the senior team members and present opportunity to develop your own creative solutions

About you:
To succeed in this role you will be a great team player since you will be interacting with many stakeholders in Cambridge and across our global business, to include marcomms, product marketers, publishers and UX Designers. You will have completed a design-related degree, bringing fresh ideas to the team, responding to the senior team under their workload allocation and direction with opportunities to bring your own creative ideas to the solutions we provide.

The team’s work includes concept design for products, art direction and end-to-end concept through to delivery of campaign creative as well as various ad-hoc design projects. Projects can be fast-turnaround so the ability to dive-in is important but so too is the awareness to allow creative review for best results.
