Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you live and breathe design? Are you obsessed with typography, color theory, and composition? Can you deconstruct a campaign and translate that into visually stunning images for both print and digital media?

You will be working with a team of UI/UX designers, developers and brand strategists to create UX elements/assets, style guides, layouts, design strategies based brand user demographics, and design mockups for mobile, desktop and tablet platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree from an accredited school. Major in -Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communication or related curriculum.

Excellent design skills utilizing the following software: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere.

Experience in managing multiple projects to work within a startup environment.

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Excellent creative problem-solving abilities

You take direction well and are a team player

You have interest in interaction design

You can participate in strategic group discussions

You have basic knowledge of print processing and setup

BONUS SKILLS

Has a good understanding of digital best practices.

A good aesthetic for developing design for motion and video

Ability to take direction to create compelling 2D/3D motion graphics as assigned by the creative leads.

Conceptualize, design and craft motion graphics and editing solutions for various brands.

Have a good understanding of visual effects like composting, motion tracking, and roto-scoping.

Skilled eye for aesthetic, well-animated videos.

Understanding and appreciation of storytelling structure and mechanics, and how motion graphics integrate into that structure.
