Data Processing Specialist

My client is in search of a Data Processing Specialist in the West Palm Beach area.

They are looking to contract (temp to perm) with someone immediately.

This position will be for 3rd shift, Sunday – Thursday, 5:00 PM through end of night,

approximately 2 – 4 AM or until the job is finished!!!Pays $16.00-$18/hr

Shift Details:

· The shift runs from 5:00pm or 6:00pm to Finish

· Finish can be anywhere from 2:00am-4:00am, depending on day & season.

· Shift days are Sunday night thru Friday night

· There will be staggered start times

· Each person will work five days

Position Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders thru to invoicing

· Two Systems are used during this process, the AS400 & SAP

· Adjusting order quantity when needed

· Validation of Catch Weights that are out of tolerance

· Prepare Drivers packet with invoices & paperwork

· Troubleshoot system issues & document

· Create add-on orders when required

· Provide shipping paperwork to night management

· Ability to be flexible with days & hours

· Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
