Data Entry Clerk

The Greenville Consumer Solution Center is hiring for Data Entry Clerks. The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering data into new and existing customer accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of data entered.

Responsibilities:

1. Enters information, such as telemarketing orders, into new and existing customer accounts.

2. Compares data entered with source data, correcting incorrect information as necessary.

3. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous data entry experience preferred. Customer service and call center experience a plus.

Proficient knowledge/ability with Microsoft Office applications. Strong typing/data entry skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
