Data Engineer With High Growth Start Up!

We have an opportunity with exciting tech startup here in San Francisco as a Data Engineer to help build out their engineering team! This a 6-month contract position with a limited amount of availability and team is moving very quickly so apply right away!

About the role:

We’re looking for an intelligent Data Engineer. This individual will be responsible for researching company’s websites to find important details about the companies, gather details and put them into an Excel spreadsheet. We are looking for curious candidates who can dive deep into the internet to find data and organize/ clean it. This individual is organized, has great typing skills, experience with excel, and computer/tech savvy.

What we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a combination of logical thinking, tech savvy, and independence to take on projects outside of their core responsibilities. Skills needed? We need someone who has experience with Python (preferred), Java, PHP, Ruby. Experience dealing with data for analysis or integration through programming is ideal! Also experience with data integration, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, large RDBMS, tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo, programming with REST/SOAP API
