Are you a proven Data Analyst with strong analysis experience?

Pivotal Consulting is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team!

We have an exciting opportunity to work with one of our Clients to support various critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Prepares and makes presentations to communicate program or initiative effectiveness
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Skills & Competencies

• Business analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including Power Pivot, Power View
• Hands on experience with SQL, ability to write queries and generate reporting using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years working experience as a Data Analyst
• Eligible to permanently work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• No relocation package
