The Data Analyst will help build out the analytics capabilities for the Technical Support organization under SVP’s guidance. The position will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data in Salesforce and other databases. The position will also help set in place methods to store data and transform it in a useful manner that can produce reports and analysis based on the current analytical needs of the support organization. Once the foundation has been set, they will work with various internal teams to further create metrics and aggregates to reveal patterns and trends in the raw data. The ideal candidate will have the basic understanding of gathering data, clean up, aggregation, analysis and post analysis. They should have experience (either professional or educational career) with data storage, cleanup and manipulation technologies like Excel, R, Python, and Salesforce (or other similar databases).
