Data Analyst

As an Data Analyst you’ll focus on understanding Insight’s licensing programs, data formatting, and data searching (web searching).

What you’ll do at Insight:
Responsible for creating and maintaining licensing knowledge base including contract terms and product use rights for multiple vendors

Create and maintain process documentation

Work with cross functional team (SAM, Licensing, Development) in support of maintaining the license knowledgebase

Analyze software license contracts to get an understanding of software metrics, deployment limitations and audit terms.

Act as a liaison between Insight and Vendor experts to obtain information regarding Vendor specific rules, programs, policies, etc.

Responsible for understanding license models, software delivery models and metrics and assess impact of software license changes

Responsible for researching software license types and models (metrics)

Act as a key contact for Software Asset Management team in support of License knowledge bases for on-going customer SAM services.

What you’ll need to join Insight:
High attention to detail, with a desire to grow your career as a Data Analyst role

Proven expertise with Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools

Bachelor’s Degree
