At UpLift, you’ll:
Work with the Data Analytics team and cross functional teams to define, implement, and grow core metrics

Create, maintain, and automate solid datasets and insightful dashboards to track core metrics and extract business insights for all partners

Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to identify business opportunities and optimize product performance

Design and analyze experiments for both new partner onboarding process and product feature improvement

Convert the results into actionable recommendations, craft compelling stories, and evangelize data-driven business decisions

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in quantitative fields

Strong experience in one or more of the following: SQL, RDB, NoSQL, and big data

Experience in one or more programming languages (Python, R, shell script, etc.)

Experience in one or more cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Experience with project management and working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales teams

Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in quantitative fields

Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, presentation, statistical & data analysis skills

Familiarity with data visualization and/or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sisense, etc.)

Fintech experience.
