Boeing offers the opportunity to work within the BGS-G Operations team as a Data Admin Coordinator (DAC). The DAC responsibilities will include supporting the BGS contracting operations at the Seattle site compiling, analyzing, and reviewing contract data and information and loading it into the Common Contracts System (CCS).
  • It will provide an opportunity to develop and demonstrate contracts acumen from the proposal process thru delivery and closeout of a contract. Successful candidates will play a role in achieving the CCS data integrity and financial objective for the Seattle site and the BGS organization.
  • Specific contract data and information that will be loaded into CCS includes: proposals, contracts, contract modifications, company funds requests and work authorizations.
  • Other tasks include disposition of incoming/outgoing correspondence, Cognos reporting of CCS data and metrics, coordinating information directly with Acquire (program) Contract Representatives (CRs) with regard to contract information, troubleshooting CCS data, performing checks on incoming data for completeness, identifying problems with draft contract information prior to award, maintaining CCS data integrity and supporting change requests for process and tool improvements.
  • Additional responsibilities include work-flowing/statusing Verification of Completion (VOC) forms for Contract Closeout, dispositioning correction DD250’s (delivery documentation) and CDRL submittals for contract Delivery Management.
  • To be successful, a candidate will perform quality data loads into the contract systems using existing processes and procedures, will record data into Common Contract System timely, accurately, and completely; monitor to keep data current, and identify and resolve routine discrepancies in support of maintaining data integrity.

Basic Skills / Qualifications:
  • Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential and the candidate must be able to work with a multi-disciplined team.
  • Strong leadership, communication skills and the willingness to work with minimal direction is expected.
  • This person should have the ability to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with DCMA, internal customers, stakeholders, and peers.
  • An individual with a positive work attitude and team approach will be most successful in this position.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Experience with compiling, analyzing and creating metrics from a database.
  • Ability to learn, load information into and utilize an enterprise database utilized for reporting

    Systems/tools utilized to perform this work: CCS, WAWF (iRAPT), BESSY, Group Mailbox, CCS Dashboard, COGNOS, SharePoint, Delivery Management Tool (DMT).
High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
