Customer Support Representative – Full-Time

Customer Support Representative

The Appleton Support Representative is responsible for providing high-quality telephone and email support to Appleton customers. This team member must respond to advanced inquiries regarding Appleton services, the hiring process, and other procedures. In addition, the Support Representative will work closely with other team members to ensure all customer support tickets are resolved in a timely manner. This team member provides customer service in accordance with company policies and philosophies.

Essential Functions

  • Respond to service requests and customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Serve as single point of resolution for the customer, when possible
  • Provide site navigation assistance to customers and ensure that they are familiar with Appleton processes
  • Work with the team members to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates, including system functionality and customer care issues
  • Enter accurate comments and information into multiple databases in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

Available to work during any shift. Regular operating hours are 4:30 am – 8:00 pm CST .
