We are seeking PT On-Site Service Associate(s) to join our outstanding team of professionals in Huntsville, AL! Join the team that gets it done!

The On-Site Service Associate works with multiple customer sites to collect inventory data, perform the necessary implementation duties to set up a new customer site and consistently provide a high level of customer service, as defined in the Grainger Service Promise. Navigate customers to solutions that help them get the job done.

Grainger’s typical operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay& Shift Info: Starting at $15.50 per hour – 20 – 25 hours per week

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• 1-2 years customer service and sales experience
• Able and willing to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis during initial training period or as needed based on business need.
• Demonstrates a commitment to provide superior customer service.
• Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and internal partners in a professional manner in person and via the phone.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn required software programs including SAP.
• Able to operate powered industrial equipment as needed.
• Background checks, drug screening may be required (as warranted by Company, customer or DOT requirements in working on-site and/or operating equipment).
