Job Summary

Feniex is looking for a wonderful customer service representative, responsible for answering all incoming calls and emails, updating account information and processing orders and RMA tickets. Customer Support representative resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resolve client’s needs or issue.
  • Resolves product or service complaints by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Processing orders by entering in all information in relation to the customer request along with projected ship date, module breakdowns and charging credit card as necessary.
  • Contacting the customer to clarify any potential concerns or questions about the orders
  • Address all daily customer emails and Sales requests sent by 5:30 pm.
  • Process shipping claims for clients and following up with resolution with the freight forwarder.
  • Entering and processing orders and turning in to be submitted to production.
  • Answer service and product questions and suggesting information and products to customers.
  • Documenting Customer feedback, shipping errors and shipping claims in SmartSheet.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Represent Feniex in a professional manner at all times
  • Verifying accuracy of charges and order and RMA ticket entry.
  • Estimating shipping cost for orders and clients.
  • Process and submit paperwork for RMA tickets: Repair and MET.
  • Process and submit paperwork for all online orders submitted by 5:30 p.m.
  • Other duties as needed or requested

Requirements:

  • High school degree
  • 2 years in customer support role
