Customer Support Associate at Scentbird $15/hr

As our associate of customer delight and chief manufacturer of rainbows and unicorns (aka a reality bending, problem solving moulder of upset customers into brand advocates), you’ll be contributing from day one. You’ll join the rapidly growing Scentbird family and help us spread the magic of fragrance to the masses. You’ll be handling incoming customer service emails, chat messages and calls (occasionally), you will also help us pack and ship packages to our customers, craft awesome hand-written notes and update the FAQ section on our site.

If your glass is always half full, your pink goggles are permanently on, you are a charmer and an energy cluster – we can’t wait to meet YOU!

Your communications glory MUST shine. You can’t have it any other way.

Requirements:

  • If you have customer support experience (preferably 1-2 years in a StartUp)
  • If you are ready to give your all (and more)
  • If you know how to keep a schedule
  • If you love technology and perfume / cologne
  • If you have a strong writing ability and great interpersonal communication skills
  • If you have an extreme attention to detail and ability to self-edit.
