Customer Success Manager

Your role

As a Customer Success Manager at ReferralExchange you will be working in a team to solidify our partnerships and improve our messaging. You will on board and maintain new relationships with Referralexchange Partners. The Customer Success Manager will be a main point of contact when fielding inquiries and providing solutions that will contribute to the growth of these partnerships.

This position also involves creating, overseeing and improving existing content for operations calls, email campaigns and educational webinars.

Additionally, all of our employees are responsible for refining the processes within their individual roles. This is not a company where all direction comes from above; we look for active engagement and creativity in process development.

  • Obtained a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a professional environment

  • Relentlessly optimistic and passionate about building and growing relationships
  • Previous roles that interface with multiple teams or departments
  • Proven track record of success in a previous account management or similar role
  • Must obtain your California Real Estate license within 270 days of hire.
