Customer service/Graphic Design

We are in need of a graphic designer that also includes customer service responsibilities.

We are an online engraving company needing to hire a graphic artist to create proofs for customers and also communicate with customers via e-mail and phone. The proofs will be for plaque designs that the customers request. This is a temporary job lasting from 3 months to a year. Please see below the job duties.

Job description

Create and design proofs for customers. Update proofs if customer request changes. Respond to customer e-mails and answering customer calls.

Requirements

At least 2 years experience in Photoshop, experience in Coreldraw is a plus. We would require you to submit two sample designs for review prior to hiring.

Able to work 7-8 hours per day (5 days a week).

Fluent in English
