Customer Service/Floral Design Assistant

Busy flower shop looking for customer service representatives with go-getter attitude. Must be punctual, a self starter, friendly, have a flexible schedule, and be able to work in a fast paced environment. We are looking for candidates that are able to multitask and get the task at hand done with a smile on their face. We are willing to train the right candidates in simple floral design.

Typical duties include:

Assisting customers find flowers/gifts to fit their needs

Wrap flowers

Answer phones

Learn the POS system

Respond to inquiries about orders

Assist designers when needed.

Keep the shop clean

We are open 7 days
