Customer Service Specialist

Under limited supervision, process customer orders and resolve any manufacturing/shipping issues for specified geographical territory.

Responsibilities:

Calls customers to obtain information necessary to process orders.

Enters data for order processing.

Communicates production information and availability to brokers and sales personnel.

Acts as a liaison between buyer/broker and internal departments.

Responds and documents customer feedback.

Answers multiple line phones.

Qualifications:

5 years customer service experience required.

Strong resolution capabilities.

Must be skilled in 10-key data entry by touch with speed and accuracy.

Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multi-task throughout the day.

PC skills/basic Excel skills are required.
