**1-3 years of customer service and/or customer support experience in a technical environment. Strong customer service and professional skills over the phone. The ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats Multitasking capabilities and strong attention to detail Excellent logic, reasoning and decision making skills. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing technology. Ability to work under pressure, in a team environment.

**Experience in the merchant service industry is a plus. Customer Support will work with both new and existing customers to ensure that services and the equipment to provide those services are enabled and functioning. Knowledge of company hardware and functionality of each device (POS Systems, credit card terminals) Ability to set up hardware for use at client facility and test ability to charge credit cards.

Additional Responsibilities:

**Communicating with customers by telephone to provide further additional information regarding products or services. Following up with the organization’s clients or customers to ensure that their issues are sufficiently resolved. Preparing reports providing the detailed information regarding personal customer information, unresolved matters, action taken, and any relevant comments or notes.

**Opening and closing trouble tickets and collecting the required information regarding matters or complaints that require further attention. Maintaining records of all transactions and interactions made with customers. Providing comprehensive data service to the customers, and advising on available organization’s services and products. Making decisions as to the complaint’s genuineness, and determining possible reasons behind every complaint.

**Ensuring that the information regarding customer requests and complaints is provided accurately and efficiently. Be able to support and communicate effectively with the Customer Service staff and the Sales Department. Be able to research other software solutions to see if they support specific platforms. Assist with technical issues and conference with appropriate parties as part of regular installations support, aid in special projects in matters of Deployment, Installations or Installations Coordination, aid in performance and efficiency gains.
