Customer Service Representatives

FlynnO’Hara Uniforms is looking for enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated seasonal Customer Service and Order Entry Representatives. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with excellent computer and telephone communication skills, and have the ability to work independently. Bilingual in Spanish/English is not required, however it is a plus!
Duties & Responsibilities: Provid

• e prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to our customers
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders
• Process new orders through mainframe system
• Check orders for accuracy
• Learn product line and processes

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years high volume call center experience preferred.
• Previous order entry/keystroke experience required.
• Mainframe experience a plus
• Well-developed understanding of customer service satisfaction and soft skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays, particularly July-September.
• Bilingual Spanish/English speaking applicants a plus
