Job description:

Telepoint Communications is seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Customer Service Representatives. Successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound customer service calls and handling customer support for different products, services and interview taking. We are interested in hiring individuals with customer service or sales experience.

Requirements:

• MUST be great a speaker
• MUST be fast, sharp & speak well
• MUST have good computer skills
• MUST be coachable
• MUST have some customer service experience
• Previous experience as call center sales representative, customer service agent, interviewer, retail salesperson, cashier, receptionist, or teacher is a PLUS!
