Customer Service Representative/Medical Background

Careerxchange is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with one of the greatest company in South Florida. This position is located in the area of Kendall, and it is requiring HS degree (or equivalent). We are seeking candidate to review billing and collections, Medical Terminology, UB04/CMS1500, excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and must be able to speak English and Spanish du to patient population. This is only a temporary assignment.

Hours to work: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm OR 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• 2 years of experience in Customer service
• Bilingual ( English – Spanish ) due to patient population.
• High School Diploma or GED
