Customer Service Representative

Feldman Automotive is looking to fill multiple positions in our Business Development Centers.

Locations Available:

New Hudson, MI

Novi, MI

Livonia, MI

Open interviews:

New Hudson; Wednesday May 31 at 8:30am-2pm

Livonia; Wednesday May 31 at 4pm-8pm

Novi; May 30, May 31, & June 1 8:30am-8pm

Job duties include:

• -Take incoming calls and turn them into appointments for our sales staff
• -Answer and address customer questions regarding buying/leasing vehicles
• -General follow up calls
• -Respond to customers through email

Require attributes:

• -Goal oriented
• -Clear and professional written and verbal skills
• -Efficient and accurate typing skills
• -Punctuality
• -Positive and energetic

40 hour work week.

Salary $400/ week plus commission

Background check and drug screen required

Customer service experience in a dealership is preferred but not mandatory
