Customer Service Representative

Tired of working in the mundane call center? We have a full-time hourly opening for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced and fun retail warehouse environment. Employee would be working daily answering phones, processing returns and solving customer service issues via email and social media. This position is the voice of our company and we need someone upbeat, friendly, independent and able to solve problems on the go. Great hours! Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

We offer PTO and paid holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

-Previous Call Center experience preferred

-Working knowledge of retail environment

-Quick learner-Adaptability

-Team player

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

-Willing to travel to Baltic, SD

-Strong verbal communication skills

-Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

-Applicants must have unrestricted right to work in US

-The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation: Ability to work 40 hours per week

-Ability to be working at a desk 7+ hours/day
