As a Customer Care Advocate, you help create the energy and excitement around Fashion Nova products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers’ hands. You understand that the Fashion Nova Customer Care Team is dedicated to delivering a customer experience that’s unlike any other. It starts with you discovering customers’ needs. Every day is an opportunity for you to turn every caller into a loyal Fashion Nova customer.

So what would make you the perfect F’N customer care representative?

• Minimum 2 years of Call Center Customer Service based experience
• Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, or any others) a plus but not required
• Fast learner
• Strong computer skills
• Exceptional ability to communicate with Nova Babes
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
• Strong interest in fashion, particularly Fashion Nova products, and agility at learning new products and promotions.
• Strong communication skills that let you converse as freely and comfortably with individual customers and teammates.

As an Advocate, you’re highly skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers speak to when they call, but you’re also the person who guides them—advising, recommending new products. Always curious, you stay on top of news about products and promotions, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions. Your success is measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall company performance. You’re proud to represent Fashion Nova, and you get great satisfaction from helping customers develop lifelong relationships with Fashion Nova.
