Customer Service Rep II

Provides good customer service to adults with mental health diagnoses. Work involves receiving consumers/family members, answering telephones, entering consumer data into the Electronic Health record system, providing information to consumers and staff, and maintaining a variety of files and records. Maintains spreadsheets for DSRIP projects, processes CMBHS reconciliation report, and verifies all types of third party payers including Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, private and marketplace insurances.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or GED and at least one year of general office experience including computer data entry, answering telephones, and dealing with the public.

DEGREE AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED (IF APPLICABLE): NA

OTHER REQUIREMENTS OR CONDITIONS(specify):

Current State of Texas Driver License or if you live in another state, must be currently licensed in that state. Liability insurance required if employee will operate per if employee operates a Center vehicle or drives personal car on Center business.

Must complete all CORE training requirements in month in which they are due.

Must be willing to travel to Orange clinic several times a week.
