Claim Adjuster Trainee

We are looking for a Claims Representative – Liability Adjuster to work out from our Chatsworth, CA, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX office. As part of the Kemper auto claims team, you are part of the group that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our customers who have experienced a recent insurance loss. Our Adjusters use the latest computer systems to conduct investigations on claims found to be caused by negligent acts or omissions. Your required knowledge of medical and legal terminology to complete investigations will allow you to evaluate damages and injuries and ultimately negotiate a fair and prompt settlement.

Our office is located in North Phoenix just off Interstate 17 and Bell Road.

Position Qualifications:

• 3+ years of casualty claims handling experience.

• 2+ years of BI experience preferred.

• Non-standard auto experience a plus.

• California auto claims handling experience a plus.

• Must have claim related computer systems experience.

• Guide wire experience is a plus.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
