Customer Service Rep (CSR) | Entry Level (NOT A CALL CENTER)

M Marketing is looking to hire an entry level Customer Service Rep immediately.

We are looking for a competitive individual for this full-time position starting at the entry level. This candidate should be a motivated and self-driven individual that wants an opportunity within a thriving business. We are looking to train in the areas of customer service, customer retention, and customer acquisition.

Job duties include:

• Resolves customer inquiries, billing issues and product/service concerns.

• Uses consultative approach to engage customers and sell products and services to new and existing customers.

• Access and update customer accounts through a face-to-face approach with the customer.

• Gains and maintains product/service knowledge, working knowledge of telecommunication technology and industry updates.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues, work as a team player, and defuse difficult situations.

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills, demonstrated effective organizational and proactive problem solving skills confidence in working in an environment of complexity and ambiguity is required.

• 1-2 years customer service, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required.

• A demonstrated expertise in time management and organizational skills.

• A self-starter and highly motivated with an ability to work as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• The ability to work independently to deliver results, demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations and the ability to travel overnight as required.

• The ability to use a creative side and develop strategic relationships with clients.
