Novitex Enterprise Solutions is looking to fill a Customer Service Associate – Help Desk position in Milpitas, CA. This position will work onsite Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week. Candidates should have flexible availability between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Compensation for this role will start around $15.00 per hour and vary with experience.

In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires a go-getter with a positive work ethic who is excited to work with the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions in the document outsourcing industry.

So what will you actually be doing?

With a strong attention to detail, this role will facilitate a variety of tasks to ensure high levels of customer service in a fast paced environment

A Customer Service Associate’s daily tasks will involve:
Field telephone inquiries while promoting organization and distribution practices

Working independently; Multi-task, field calls via phone, on-line, the radio from internal and external customers

Apply general knowledge of email and on-line correspondence to reply to customer requests generated on-line

Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude

Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

Consistently adhere to all business and safety procedure guidelines

Take direction from supervisor or site manager

Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail

Participate in cross-training as needed

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office programs, Outlook and Excel specifically

Preferred Qualifications:
Call center or reception experience strongly preferred

Experience in Shipping and Receiving or Logistics a plus

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Highly professional and polished demeanor

Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
