Customer Service and Sales Representative

Farmers Insurance is looking for a candidate to fill a position as an CSSR in Frisco TX.

Starting wage: $45,000 plus Bonuses and commissions . Will vary based on experience.

Requirements:

The qualified CSSR candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Property & Casualty License and Life & Health license
• Previous Farmers insurance experience preferred, but not required
• Minimum 1 years of sales or customer service with a proven track record of excellence.
• Be eligible to pass a background check.
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Desire to continually learn new products and services
• High school diploma, although a college degree is preferred

Responsibilities:

As a CSSR, you will be assisting the Agency by:

• Generating new sales leads and assist in closing existing leads
• Provide excellent customer service to existing policyholders
• Be able to cross-sell all lines of insurance to new and existing policyholders
• Utilizing proven marketing systems, as well as those you will develop, to reach potential customers for Farmers Insurance products
• Educating and assisting new clients regarding policy terms and coverages

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 /year

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Insurance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
