A day in the shoes of a Recruitment Coordinator (a position that’s part recruiter and part customer service)

Review daily plan to prioritize your recruitment activities for the day

Get assigned clients to focus on throughout the day; recruit outbound

Take inbound recruiting calls

Interview, Screen, and book interviews for our clients

Entice caregiver to job fairs

Build rapport with candidates

This is a position where you will talk to a lot of caregivers in a given day

This position you will be good at and enjoy if:
You enjoy talking to a lot of people and being on the phone

You like helping people find work

You have excellent customer service skills

You’re a team player

Good communicator

Available Shifts

Seeking candidates available to work 20 – 28 hours per week . Flexible scheduling available – we will work with you to build a schedule that works. Here are hours of operation:

Monday (7:30am – 7:00pm)

Tuesday (7:30am- 7:00pm)

Wednesday (7:30am – 7:00pm)

Thursday (7:30am – 7:00pm)

Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Saturday (11:00am – 3:00pm)

Sunday (2:00pm – 6:00pm)

Pay & Benefits

Positions start at $13 per hour (up to $15/hour based on performance)
