Customer Service Agent – Call Center

We are seeking Customer Service Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues all from the comfort of your own home !!! Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will be taking calls for clients like Comcast, Roadside Assistance, Staples, Disney…etc. Starting pay is $8/hr FROM HOME!!! All you need is a computer, plug in phone line (no wireless) and a headset. You will be taking calls like you are in a call center.

We have been a part of the Better Business Bureau for over 20 years!! Great for stay at home moms, dads, wifes, retirees, etc.
