Key Responsibilities :

• Promote our clients brand through face to face event strategies
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customers
• Working closely with the external sales force covering a specific area including marketing research
• Manage customers service support through the sales process

Person Profile / Key Skills :

• Excellent verbal communication, numeric and literacy skills

• Organizational and workload planning ability
• Ability to learn and use detailed product knowledge
• Ability to adapt to and use various internal processes
• To be able to work as part of a team. * Must be reliable, tolerant, and be able to work under pressure
• The ability to be professional at all times and represent the company in a professional manner is a prerequisite.

• Ability to identify and interpret customers’ needs
• Can demonstrate delivery of first class customer service
