Customer Relations Specialist/Trainer

Job Summary:

The Customer Relations Specialist is a field position (going from business to business) providing training, support and customer service for our customers on the use of Boring Business Systems office equipment, (copiers, printers etc.)

Primary focus for this position is on new install training for copiers and printers, customer follow –up and correspondence as they develop and learn to train on more complex office equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Advanced Training with customers and follow up appointments to ensure the customer is utilizing the product to their satisfaction. Systematic Follow-Ups should be 30, 60, 90, 180, 365 days.
  • Ensure all communication and activity is properly logged in Sherpa and E-Automate.
  • Attend required trainings designated by the manager on the various product lines, study manuals and materials to continue developing their product knowledge.
  • Assist in creating and building more content for the Boring Learning Center. (White Papers and Videos)
  • Assist with Toner Inventory and delivery if needed.
  • Maintain a proactive and problem seeking approach when interacting with the customer. Communicate all discovered customer concerns or issues and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience conducting and leading product/service demonstrations.
  • Prior training experience.
  • 2-3 year’s of customer service experience.
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle.

  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point).

  • Excellent customer service.skills
  • Ability to handle a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with Sherpa and E-Automate a plus!

Salary: $13-$15 an hour
