Customer Experience Representative

Canopy Health is a new and dynamic healthcare alliance that covers the entire Bay Area. We are seeking an individual that can provide amazing customer service for our members, providers and partners. This individual must have direct healthcare experience and have knowledge of medical groups and hospitals for the San Francisco Bay Area.

Duties include:

• Provide a positive, highly personalized customer experience
• Handle incoming calls, emails and other contacts on a daily basis
• Log all incoming and outgoing contacts using our customer relationship management system
• Answer as many questions as possible by utilizing all available resources
• Provided trends and analysis to management

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to handle difficult contacts diplomatically, patiently and calmly
• Strong computer skills
• Must be detail oriented and possess superior follow through skills
