Our Customer Care Representative’s primary responsibility is to assist patients with their physician &/or hospital bills by extensive telephone contact patients and their insurance companies. This is accomplished by primarily answering inbound patient calls for assigned clients.

Customer Care Representatives may be required to make outbounds calls based on business needs. CCRs obtain proper information from patient &/or insurance company to submit claims for insurance processing and utilize client systems to analyze hospital and physician accounts to determine amounts to be paid by insurance company and by patient.

Customer Care Representative answer patients’ questions regarding statements and insurance coverage in a professional and customer friendly way and assist patients with financial assistance programs as defined by client.

Qualified candidates must have superior customer service and computer skills and a stable employment record. Prior experience in medical collections or call center is preferred.

Rate of Pay: $12 to $13/Hr plus Bonus
