CRM Specialist

Seeking an energetic, hard-working, solution-oriented Salesforce Administrator who will assume responsibility for ensuring the continued performance and success of our Salesforce instance.

The Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator will work with our Sales teams as well as Business Systems and Developers to make ongoing improvements to our Salesforce instance and expand its features and functionality to enable efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience both in administering Salesforce as well as building solutions on the Salesforce Platform, both with and without code.

As part of the Business Systems team, this individual will also be a team contributor with respect to our ERP and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with other teams’ members to understand needs, define requirements and business processes for our Salesforce instance, maintaining its integral role within our ERP/WMS System’s Architecture.

· Design and prototype the Salesforce application based on our needs, configure and customize Salesforce Service Sales and Marketing Cloud applications.

· Analyze data, create field mappings and execute data migration.

· Assist in creation of use and/or test cases and facilitate or participate in system tests.

· Design and deliver end user Salesforce training.

· Serve as a general Analyst between Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP, SoloChain WMS systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 3 years of related Salesforce Experience as one of the following: Salesforce developer, Salesforce Configurator, Salesforce Administrator.

· Required Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing cloud, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ), Communities. Additional AppExchange packages and Clouds a plus.

· Experience in user set up, profiles, roles, and teams Security Setup.

· Experience in the following: Customizing Standard and Custom objects including fields, page layouts, record types.

· Experience in Creating and managing workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations.

· Experience in Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards.

· Experience in Importing and exporting of data

· Experience with Lightning Platform using workflows, ability to create additional Lightning components.

· Experience with Salesforce connector by Rapidi for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP. Being able to manage and administer the MS 365 Business Central / Salesforce integration errors.

· Familiarity with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), WMS (Solochain) is desirable, will be required to learn and understand the flow.

· Understand Salesforce APIs to debug and troubleshoot.

· Solid understanding of sales, service, and marketing processes and industry best practices to understand the departments needs and provide guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
