Creative Designer, Acquisition Marketing

FabFitFun is looking for a kick-ass Creative Designer, Acquisition Marketing to join our team in West Hollywood. This sales-driven individual will report to our Creative Director and have the fantastic opportunity to create high-impact designs from start to finish and be an integral part of a dynamic in-house creative team!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee direct response creative for Facebook, Pinterest, SnapChat, Instagram and banner ads
• Subject matter expert, acting as the liaison between growth marketing and creative team
• Build beautiful creative while keeping growth marketing and customer acquisition in mind
• Innovate and think outside the box with designs and dynamic ads that result in sales
• Work closely with our marketing team to create a large variety of designs for testing purposes
• Keep up to date with social media and advertising trends

What You’ll Bring:

• 4-5 years design experience
• Knowledge of best practices in direct response acquisition and e-commerce
• Experience with standard metrics for creative performance
• Understanding of IAB standard sizes
• Familiar with requirements and restrictions on various advertising platforms
• An incredible clean-cut aesthetic, and killer layout and typography skills
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and turn around designs on tight deadlines
