Corporate Staff Accountant

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting career opportunity for a Staff Accountant at its headquarters in Minneapolis!

We are seeking self-motivated and professional candidates to provide financial expertise to the corporate accounting process. Specific responsibilities to include: manage input and maintenance of all transactions for assigned areas of responsibility, perform account reconciliations and month-end closing processes, assist with development and preparation of financial statements, cash management and analysis of future cash needs, support budgeting and re-forecasting process including periodic variance analysis.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or business related field of study and a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in accounting. Excellent customer service skills, ability to analyze, problem solve, and adapt to advancing technology. Ability to communicate professionally, proactively, and strategically, while working with competing priorities is required. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is also required. Experience with Enterprise systems (SAP, JD Edwards, etc.) preferred.
