Coordinator, Vacation Services – Villa Renters

This position reports to the Marketing department, which is responsible to provide a world class service to all Renters & Customers and to make their vacations an unforgettable experience.

The vacation Services Coordinator – Villa Renter representative, who qualifies leads, provides Renters & Guest service and generates preview tour flow by performing the following duties.

1. Positively represent Vistana Signature Expereinces and maintain a collaborative working relationship with hotel and other tourist industry affiliate employees.
2. Provide concierge services to all reenters, resort guests and owners in keeping with Westin standards, maintaining the “service first, product second” approach.
3. Provide excellent guest services, including accurate tourist information.
4. Inspire confidence in Vistana Signature Expereinces through professionalism.
5. Determine guests’ eligibility for promotional, gifted presentations, according to the standards described in Training.
6. Attract eligible guests to preview Vistana Signature Expereinces using premiums (gifts).
7. Fully inform every guest about the preview, according to the standards described in Training.
8. Create curiosity about Vistana Signature Expereinces, and encourage guests to tour with an open mind.
9. Coordinate (book) the preview tour.
10. Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
11. Complete special projects as assigned by Marketing Management.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires availability to work flexible schedules, Ability to work both In-House or Off-site locations,Sales/Marketing or tourism career background preferred. Proficiency in computers – software knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a requirement. Exceptional customer service orientation and positive disposition, excellent verbal/written skills and work standards, multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to details, thriving on ambiguity, openness to differences. Excellent organization skills.

Required – Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and Holidays.
