Position Overview

Looking for a designer that is fearless, focused, collaborative and creativeand who can create innovative concepts that align with our strategy, andtransform a vision into a visual statement. In this new position, the selected candidate will play a critical rolein helping to shape the development of our brand, marketing, and product lines.Our designers tap into their creative genius daily to produce cutting-edgedesign solutions for an ever-changing mix of print and digital media designassignments. Typical projects include: presentation branding, email blasts,logos, landing pages, brochures, site graphics, brand assets, and a bazillionother types of marketing collateral.

Qualifications
Requirements

· Online portfolioexhibiting a mix of engaging print, digital, and interactive work, including: email design, logos/identity, brochures, ads, web sites/responsive design, andmobile apps.

· Sensible decision maker

· A true arbiter of goodtaste, sophisticated color sense, and beautiful design aesthetics.

· Passionate about design,typography, and multi-media technologies.

· Have pulse of the latest video and animationtrends.

· Problem solver, detailoriented, able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.

· Approach projectsconceptually, independent thinker, dedicated to seeing things differently

· Experienced enough to knowthe rules of great design, and savvy enough to know when to break those rulesin order to push through to more innovative work.

· Comfortable interactingwith a wide range of personalities from C suite leadership to tech geeks.

· Ability to produce workthat is professional and engaging, seeing the narrative in an assignment andthe ability to tell that story visually.

· Bachelor’s Degree inGraphic Design.

Other Skills/Abilities

· Technically competent inMS Word, Excel

· Microsoft PowerPoint(animated presentations and template creation)

· Practical knowledge ofprint production

· Video creation/editing
