Content Distribution Specialist

The Content Distribution Specialist manages the distribution of film and TV content from major studios and local content partners across the globe. Not only will s/he manage multiple external relationships, but s/he will also partner with various internal cross-functional teams to bring both licensed and original content to our customers globally. This job is based in Hollywood, CA.

In this role you will:

• Manage delivery of video, subtitles, and dubbed audio files in several languages, while ensuring timely and quality deliveries.
• Analyze delivery metrics to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Navigate a variety of technical and content management systems.
• Stay highly-aligned with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, content acquisitions, finance, localization, QC, encoding, engineering, product, and marketing.
• Assist in improving and scaling our workflows and tools.
• Curate our catalog of assets and champion the best customer experience.

Do you have what it takes?

• Prior experience in content distribution and digital operations
• Proven project management and team leadership
• Prior experience in a studio, posthouse, or online content provider preferred
• Working knowledge of post production workflows, schedules, and technical terms
• Excellent communication (oral/written) skills
• Language skills a plus: Korean, Chinese, Spanish
