FULL TIME/8A-5P/80 HOURS PER PAY

The Consumer Relationship Marketing Program Manager position is responsible for building system-wide consumer relationship and loyalty best practices for strategies to support Premier Health services and programs. This role will drive increased brand awareness, but more importantly build strong relationships and loyalty with our consumers and patients, assisting in building market share and revenue for products and services across Premier Health. The role will further support engagement and buy-in from our employees and physicians, opening up new channels of dialog through new media opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Four-year degree in marketing, integrated marketing communications, communications or a related degree.

5-10 years of experience developing and managing implementation of online marketing programs required; cohort website or online magazines a plus.

3-5 years of experience in CRM database management experience required.

Working knowledge of processes for measurement, like testing, tracking and analyzing campaigns.

Strong project management skills.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Experienced in managing outside agencies, and ensuring cost-effective and productive results.
