Concierge/Front Desk

The Promenade offers a unique combination of elegance and urban living conveniently located within Providence’s exciting attractions. Featuring luxury multi-style residences in the most historic urban mill building in the city while boasting unmatched amenities from an indoor swimming pool with a retractable roof to personalized concierge services.

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team here at The Promenade. The Concierge is our first impression on both residents and incoming tours/visitors. We are searching for an individual who is personable, friendly, outgoing and organized while also being able to multi-task.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones-Scheduling Tours
• Receiving/Delivering Packages
• Sending/Responding to emails
• Assisting Residents-Assisting the Leasing Office
• Updating Social Media

Job Requirements:

• Professional Customer Service Etiquette
• Professional Attire
• Flexible Schedule (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, Some Holidays)

Work Experience/Skills:

• Concierge/Front Desk Experience in a Guest Services setting is required
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word/Excel is preferable
