Computer Technician/Facilities Support (IT)

This position is responsible for the following:

IT –

Manning help desk inbound emails and address in a timely manner; Maintain all Virtual PCs including software updates and back-end maintenance; Creation and customization of Virtual PCs upon new hire; Maintenance of all IT related hardware including thin clients, monitors, keyboard/mouse, phones, etc.; Rudimentary maintenance of virtual servers; Install new software utilized in each company; Diagnosing and solving software/hardware issues.

Facilities Maintenance –

Provide general upkeep and routine cleaning of the buildings and grounds under management; Report any safety hazards or problems in any specific area where immediate attention is needed; Perform occasional improvements to buildings and grounds under management including painting and repairs of floors, walls, doors, windows, etc.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Associates Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, preferred.
• Basic understanding of Network maintenance.

• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals
• Proficient with VM Ware enterprise level infrastructure; preferred.
