Commercial Loan Processor

We are a Commercial Equipment Financial Broker, looking for an energetic addition to our processing team. Position is Monday to Friday, salary with potential for bonus incentives.

• Financial industry background required – loan processing, banking, credit/financial analysis, leasing, etc.
• Must be very comfortable using a computer, familiar with Outlook, Adobe, Word, Excel, and good at navigating around the internet.
• Must be a good communicator, multi-tasker, problem solver, and a fast learner. Position is fast paced and requires quick and correct decision making. Accuracy and attention to detail are also key.
• Prefer someone who is familiar with reading personal credit bureaus, good at basic math and can type quickly.
• Associate or Bachelor degree required

The position spans the entire underwriting and funding process – pulling personal credit and business searches, submitting applications to lenders for approval, preparing loan documents and sending completed financial packages to lenders.
